Meet Richard Smyth

Richard Smyth
Richard Smyth -

I enjoy the centre, benefit from the programmes, avail of staff support and I have made friends here.

I am encouraged to progress in my personal development. I enjoying going on trips and this gets me out of my comfort zone and proceed with my ambitions.

I have learned to speak up with practical advocacy so that I don’t feel shy and hide away

I have been invited to various events in Trinity because of my poems and craft work and even went to Aras an Uachterain to meet with President Michael D Higgins.
